Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• India Creative Awards is open to eligible individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, businesses, organizations, institutions, creators and brands falling under the announced award categories.
• Nominees must provide accurate and complete information during the nomination process.
• A nominee may apply for more than one category, subject to the applicable nomination requirements and fees.
• The organizer reserves the right to verify the information submitted by nominees

2. Nomination & Application

• Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection as an Awardee.
• All nomination forms and supporting documents must be submitted within the announced deadline.
• Nomination fees, where applicable, must be paid according to the selected package.
• Once a nomination/application fee has been paid, it is generally non-refundable, except where the organizer specifically approves a refund in writing.
• Incomplete, misleading, false or fraudulent applications may be rejected.

3. Event & Ceremony

• Event date, venue, schedule and program details may be changed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.
• If the event is postponed, the nomination/awardee status will normally remain valid for the rescheduled event, subject to the organizer's revised arrangements.
• The organizer will communicate major changes through official communication channels.
• Entry to the award ceremony may be subject to invitation, registration, package entitlement or venue capacity.

4. Publicity & Promotion

• By participating in India Creative Awards, nominees and Awardees grant the organizer permission to use their submitted name, photograph, logo, business information, award title and publicly provided profile information for legitimate award-related publicity and promotional purposes.
• Such publicity may include the ICA website, social media, digital promotions, press releases, promotional videos, event backdrops, awardee directories/yearbooks and other ICA promotional materials.
• The nominee remains responsible for ensuring that submitted photographs, logos and other materials may legally be used for this purpose.

5. Verification & Disqualification

The organizer may disqualify a nominee or withdraw an award if:

• False or misleading information is discovered.
• Documents or achievements submitted are found to be fraudulent.
• The nominee violates the published eligibility requirements.
• The nominee engages in conduct that materially affects the integrity of the award.
• Any required payment or documentation remains incomplete.
• In such cases, the organizer may withdraw the nomination, award title, certificate, trophy or related recognition. Refunds will not be provided following disqualification due to a nominee's actions or inaccurate submissions.

6. Code of Conduct

• All nominees, awardees, guests, partners and representatives are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during the award program.
• The organizer may refuse entry or participation to any person whose conduct creates a significant safety, security or disruption concern.

7. Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting a nomination or purchasing an Awardee Package, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• The organizer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. The latest published version will apply to the relevant award program. In case of any emergency changes, the nominee/awardee shall be updated regarding the same through mail or over phone.

9. Organizer's Right

• India Creative Awards reserves the right to interpret and administer these Terms & Conditions and to make reasonable decisions necessary for the smooth and credible operation of the awards program.
